For those rich enough to own a 3D enabled TV, you will have to wait an extra month to watch your 3D Blu-Rays…. or Blu-Ray. Sony announced today, during their FA press conference in Berlin, that the 3D Blu-Ray firmware update, originally set to release this September, will not be hitting the PlayStation 3 until October. Currently accepting donations for the “Sony 3D TV in my living room” fund.
I recently had a chance to talk with Eric Levine (Sony Product Manager), to ask him about God of War 3′s near 3 million sales mark, and whether Sony anticipated to have reached 3 million in only 6 month’s of God of War 3′s release, as well as the possibilities of a God of War 3 PS3 Bundle anytime soon. Look like the PlayStation Move is getting some third party love for launch. Hyperkin has announced the release of two new accessories designed specifically for PS3 Move. The Sports Victory Set and the Special Ops Shooter are both designed to work with the new motion sensing controller and promises to bring added fun and immersible realism to PS3 games. check em out. After only 1 week of the PSjailbreak’s announcement, it appears that all PSJailbreak shipments have officially been canceled thanks to Sony’s silent injunction. While most of us had faith in Sony to do something about the hacking matter, it didn’t look good for several days, Sony was on the ropes, loosing its security crown by finally being successfully hacked.
Earlier this morning e-mails starting going out to all PSJailbreak buyers stating that they have canceled all shipment for PSJailbreak due to an injunction Sony Australia imposed on any company that sold PSjailbreak. Check out the e-mail below: (more…)

If you pre-ordered a PS Jailbreak, you might want to cancel or at least read the following. PS dealers are currently sending out warning e-mails regarding Sony’s expected firmware update that might start detecting the hack. Apparently all authorize PS jailbreak dealers are recommending all buyers to stay on firmware 3.41 till further notice.
