PS Jailbreak Dealers Send Out Warning E-mail Regarding Sony’s Next Firmware Update

If you pre-ordered a PS Jailbreak, you might want to cancel or at least read the following. PS dealers are currently sending out warning e-mails regarding Sony’s expected firmware update that might start detecting the hack. Apparently all authorize PS jailbreak dealers are recommending all buyers to stay on firmware 3.41 till further notice.

We received a forward e-mail from one of our readers claiming that PS jailbreak suppliers are ready for Sony, but recommend that all buyers stay at firmware 3.41 til further notice or they will destroy their warranty. Read e-mail below. (more…)

Crysis 2 To Compete Against KZ3 in 2011-New Release Date Announced

The PS3, Xbox 360, and PC will get blessed with the Killzone 3 competitor, “Crysis 2″ in early 2011. The official Twitter account for Crytek (devs for Crysis 2) has confirmed that “Crysis 2″ will release in March 22nd, 2011 in North America and March 25th, 2011 in Europe.

Microsoft has just revealed the spanking new Xbox 360 model at today’s E3 2010 Microsoft Press conference. The new 360 has a sleek black finish, has built in Wi-fi, 250HDD, and priced at $299. The new 360 model starts shipping this week to retailers, but everybody who attended the E3 2010 Microsoft press conference received one a free new modeled 360, today.

Doritos and EA sports teamed up earlier this year to bring the Doritos change the game, NFL 11 athlete cover voting. Big Gulp, Slurpee and a Used Game at 7-11

It’ll take a Big Gulp, a Slurpee, Trident Layers, a bag of Doritos, and Madden 09 (Xbox 360).

Yes indeed, 7-Eleven is now selling used games for all your favorite game consoles and handhelds for under $20. According to 7-Eleven’s news release, prices for pre-owned games will be $9.99, $14.99, and $19.99.  The convenient store giant will team up with Game Trading Technologies, Inc.  to bring you the “Gamers Factory” section, which would consist of best sellers released within a year and older than six months.

Initially tested in 600 stores, the “Gamers Factory” selection is available in 3000 stores, with 100 stores added every week.   Game Trading Technologies and 7-Eleven are targeting “Slurpee customers”, which high percentages are consider to be gamers.

With a 7-Elevens on almost every corner of most large cities in the U.S., this will be a very convenient way to pick up a game, especially for the younger gamers without transportation.
