Nintendo Download of the Week: No Need To Hurry

After a long hiatus, it’s time once again to see what’s new in the world of Nintendo Downloads. This week’s offerings, despite a couple of classics of course, are meh at best. Don’t worry though, there are still some experiences in here that are worth your consideration.Let’s take some time now to see if anything sticks out in this crowded mess, shall we?

My pick for Nintendo Download of the Week is RUSH for the Wii U Download Service. It has an ESRB rating of E for Everyone, and is currently available for download through the eShop at the asking price of $1.99. The reason why I picked this game was simple, it is a touch screen puzzler that seems to make interesting usage of the Gamepad. If you are up for something unique at a budget price, then by all means download this one right now.

Not up for moving blocks around, don’t worry, there is still one new Wii U VC title, five new 3DS Download titles, one new 3DS VC title, two new 3DS Demos, one recently discounted 3DS Download title, and one new DSiWare title available for you to check out. Show those thugs who;s boss, martial arts style, in Double Dragon. Engross yourself into the beauty of the ocean when playing 3D Classics Ecco The Dolphin. See who will win the war of the stars in 3D Galaxy Force II. See just how good of a platformer you are in Jump Trials Supreme. Ride off into the sunset in Life with Horses 3D. Try to learn how to be a hairdresser, without the risk of ruining someones self image, when playing My Style Studio: Hair Salon.

As usual, one paragraph won’t do it, so here we go. Not going to do anything fancy here, all you need to know is Double Dragon is coming to the 3DS. Your two new 3DS Demos are AeternoBlade and Nano Assault EX ( this one has been reduced to $9.99 indefinitely). Finally, be sure to have a belt ready when playing Orion’s Odyssey.

All this and more can be found in the eShop, DSi, Wii, and Wii U eShop Channels right now, have fun!
