Nintendo Download of the Week: Run Like The Wind

Sonic Lost World TQ

Let’s take some time now to see what’s new in the world of Nintendo Downloads. Today’s offerings are a little overwhelming number wise, but trust me, there are quite a few gems in there. That also makes my decision that much harder too. Let’s see if anything stood out from the crowd, shall we?

My pick for Nintendo Download of the Week is Sonic Lost World for the Wii U Retail Download Service. It has an ESRB rating of E10+, and will be available for download on October 29th in the Wii U eShop, at the asking price of $49.99. The reason why Sonic got the nod is because I am a longtime fan of the series, and this one in particular looks like it would be a whole lot of fun to play. If you agree with me, then by all means download this title as soon as it becomes available.

Not up for moving at the speed of light, don’t worry, there are still two new Wii U VC titles, four new Wii U Retail Download titles, one new 3DS Download title, one new 3DS VC title, six new 3DS Retail Download titles, and one recently discounted 3DS download title for you to check out. Try to bring in the winning run when playing Baseball. Let those paddles do the talking in Pinball. Take out your enemy, before they even knew what hit them in Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag (October 29th). See if the dark knight has any new tricks up his sleeve in Batman: Arkham Origins. Keep away from ghosts when playing Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures (October 29th). It’s halloween everyday in Monster High: 13 Wishes (October 29th). If you did the crime, you are going to do the time in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies.

As usual, one paragraph won’t do it, so here we go. Become a master of space combat when playing Star Soldier. See how well Bruce Wayne handles himself in a portable format in Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate (October 25th). Don’t really need to give another explanation for Sonic Lost World (October 29th) and Monster High: 13 Wishes (October 29th), all you need to know is that they are release on portable systems too. Another Cartoon Network shows arrives on a portable console in the form of Regular Show: Mordecal and Rigby in 8-Bit Land (October 29th). Become a 3-match puzzle king when playing Jewel Master: Cradle of Egypt 2. See if you have what it takes to be a parent in My Little Baby 3D. Finally, your recently discounted 3DS Download title is Urban Trial Freestyle ($4.99 until November 7th).

All this and more can be found in the eShop, DSi, Wii, and Wii U eShop Channels right now, have fun!

Here is a trailer for the game, enjoy!
