Nintendo Download of the Week: No More Monkey Business

DK3 TQ

Welcome to another installment of what’s new in the world of Nintendo Downloads. Even though there may be a lot of titles to talk about today, none of them in particular seem to actually be worth checking out at all. Still, there is a slight possibility that something could stand from the crowd, so keep hope alive people. With that in mind, let’s see which title made the cut, shall we?

The only thing I could even consider picking out if this collection would have to be Donkey Kong 3 for the Wii U VC Service. It Has an ESRB rating of E for Everyone, and is currently available for download through the Wii U eShop at the asking price of $4.99. The reason why I picked this one was because it was the only game in the series I haven’t played yet, and it looks like it would be fun to play. Anybody else out there who feels the same way I do should pick this title up right now.

Not up for any monkey business, don’t worry, there is still one recently discounted Wii U Download title, three new 3DS Download titles, four new 3DS Retail Download titles, one recently discounted 3DS Download title, and one new DSiWare title for you to check out. Your recently discounted Wii U Download title is BIT.TRIP Presents: Runner 2 – Future Legend of Rhythm Alien  ($9.99 from 1st to 7th October). Enjoy some fast paced fishing in Carps & Dragons. See how much fun hitting a ball around can be for the whole family when playing Family Table Tennis 3D. Try to stay awake, or else something might happen to you in Mystery Murders: The Sleeping Palace. Go on a memorable adventure in Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millenium Girl. Once you are done with that RPG, give Rune Factory 4 (available October 1st) a shot.

As usual, one paragraph won’t do it, so here we go. Try to place a bet on the winner in Let’s Ride: Best in Breed 3D. Give your pet the treatment they deserve when playing Paws & Claws: Pampered Pets Resort 3D.  Your recently discounted 3DS title is Shin Megami Tensei IV ($39.99 until October 14th). Finally, blast some baddies out of the sky in Astro.

All this and more can be found in the eShop, DSi, Wii, and Wii U eShop Channels right now, have fun!

Here is a trailer that I found for the game, Enjoy!
