Nintendo Download of the Week: How Cool Is This?

What’s up TQ Fam, welcome to another installment of what’s new in the world of Nintendo Downloads. After taking an honest look at what’s on tap for today, all I can say is meh.Now while there may be a hidden gem in here somewhere, I just don’t see it. Let’s take some time now to see if anything is worth playing, shall we?

My pick for Nintendo Download( and also retail release) of the Week is Phineas and Ferb: Quest for Cool Stuff for the Wii U Retail Download Service. It has an ESRB rating of E for Everyone, and will be available for download on August 27th, but sorry, no pricing details have been revealed at this time. The reason why I picked this one above the rest was because it looks like a stylish platformer that all fans of the genre can get into. If you feel the same way I do then by all means download this game as soon as it becomes available. Anybody looking to try this out on the go can check out the 3DS version( Also available August 27th) as well.

Not in the mood for a cartoon like adventure, don’t worry, there are still three new Wii U VC titles, three new 3DS eShop titles, one new 3DS VC title,  one new 3DS Retail Download title, and six recently discounted 3DS Retail Downloads for you to try out. Experience one of the longest running sequel series in fighting game history when playing Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers,  Street Fighter II: The World Warrior, and Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting. Try to remember the color wheel in Wakedas. Try to win a stuffed animal for your significant other when playing Funfair Party Games.

As usual, one paragraph won’t do it, so here we go. Take another trip out to sea in Fish On 3D. Prove how silent and deadly you can be, without farting of course, when playing Ninja Gaiden II: The Dark Sword of Chaos. There’s no way out in Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward. Finally, here is the list of the six recently discounted 3DS Retail Download titles, all of which are available until August 27th.

Rayman Origins : $21
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars 3D :$21
Rayman 3D : $21
Petz Fantasy 3D :$21
Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell 3D : $21
Rabbids 3D :$21

One more thing, if you buy any of the Street Fighter games between now and August 29th, you can download either one of the other offerings for half price.

All this and more can be found in the eShop, DSi, Wii, and Wii U eShop Channels right now, have fun!

Here is a trailer that I found for the game, Enjoy!
