Nintendo Download of the Week: 1/10 Edition

Welcome to another installment of what’s new in the world of Nintendo Downloads. Every single console has something new for us to try out today, but variety isn’t always necessarily the spice of life. What I mean by that is despite a wide variety of experiences to choose from, almost nothing here is worth checking out. Being a glass half full kind of person, I’m always willing to give something a chance, so let’s see if anything here actually made the cut, shall we?

After some careful consideration, the only game that I could even remotely recommend is Wild Adventures: Ultimate Deer Hunt 3D for the 3DS Download Service. It has an ESRB rating of T for Teen, and is currently available for download through the eShop at the asking price of $3.99. The only reason I picked this one above the rest is because it is an on-rails shooter, and they are usually almost always fun to play. If you feel the same way I do then by all means download this title right now.

Not up for investing in some camouflage clothing, don’t worry, there are still two new 3DS Download titles, one new 3DS Retail Download title, two new Wii U Demos, one new DSiWare title, one new Wii VC title, and one new Nintendo Video for you to check out. Be sure to bring some bait along  with you when playing Reel Fishing 3D Paradise Mini. See what happens when a large prehistoric creature becomes a household pet in 101 Dinopets 3D. Go on a picnic with everybody favorite feline in Hello Kitty Picnic with Sanrio Friends. Get a brief glimpse of the zombie apocalypse when playing the Zombi U Demo.

As usual, one paragraph won’t do it, so here we go. Get a brief glimpse of what a real professional basketball game is like in the NBA 2K13 Demo. See if mathematical solutions can tell you the meaning of life in Biorhythm. Become a hero of the entire world for a second time in World Heroes 2. Finally, the new Nintendo Video comes from a long running comedic series on the service, and it goes by the name of Meat or Die Ines.

All this and more can be found in the eShop, DSi, Wii, and Wii U Shop Channels right now, have fun!
