Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut DLC coming this summer

Mass Effect 3

For those hardcore fans that have been eagerly waiting a response for a new ending, Bioware has confirmed that it will be releasing an extended cut ending for Mass Effect 3 in the form of free DLC for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC
The extended DLC will feature new cinematics and epilogues scenes that will expand on the very short and unsatisfying original ending of Mass Effect 3, and it will become free this summer as long as you download before April 2014

Studio founder Dr. Ray Muzyka stated that this a smart move for the team to keep the creative vision of Mass Effect 3 and at the same time pleasing the fans that were unhappy with the ending.

“Since launch, we have had time to listen to the feedback from our most passionate fans and we are responding,” he says.
“With the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut we think we have struck a good balance in delivering the answers players are looking for while maintaining the team’s artistic vision for the end of this story arc in the Mass Effect universe.”

This is what I was personally was looking for. I didn’t need a completely different ending, what I wanted was an ending that could elaborate on the actions that I had done throughout the series and a satisfying ending on the Shepard Saga and the Mass Effect trilogy.
How do you the fans feel about this DLC that is coming, do you agree with it or were you expecting something more?
