Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds

Capcom today announced that there will be a “new” edition of Marvel vs. Capom 3: The Fate of Two Worlds, don’t worry the name before the title does have the word “Super” but it does have Ultimate.
There will be Twelve new fighters some that have not yet been mentioned but the first 4 have and that includes Ghost Rider, Firebrand, Hawkeye, and Strider along with the downloadable and regular fighters.
From what appears the HUD has been revamped, and some of the special moves as well, plus balance updates, gameplay improvements and new modes, the price will be $39.99 bringing the total character count to 50.
Do you think that the price is justifiable? What about everybody else who still owns the original game?

I bought the limited edition of MvC3, by the name it self I should have known that there was going to be a greater edition, honestly I feel ripped off because I spent $69.99 and for the longest time I was waiting for new characters to be announced so I can download them and play them but it wasn’t updated since its release, (I don’t count Jill Valentine and Shuma Gorath) the obvious reason now was because Capcom was planning a new disc based edition. Damn you Capcom, the new characters look fun and the special effects look awesome but why do i need to buy the game again in order to play them? What do you MvC3 players think of this, is it something you will be buying?
