Sonic Generations Demo Hits PSN/XBL Tomorrow

Whenever a new Sonic game is about to come out, a feeling of excitement and fear tend to wave over me. Despite how fun Colors and Sonic 4 Episode 1 were, the blue bomber has had his fair share of failures these past few years. Hopefully this trend of bringing the gameplay back to its roots will remain intact when Sonic Generations hits store shelves later this year. Fans excited to see what this one is all about won’t have to wait too long to get a taste of it, because the demo for Generations will make it’s way to PSN and Xbox Live tomorrow.

The level that we will all be able to play is the Green Hill Zone, which anybody who knows this franchise understands by now that this is a recreation of the first stage from the original Sonic The Hedgehog. This is nice and all, but I think that something other than this should have been offered to show off what this game is all about. Sega has also said that the demo will only be available for download until July 12th. Not sure why the window is so short, but if you are a fan of the series, then by all means give it a shot before it’s too late.
