5. Katamari Damacy Developed by Namco:

This game’s plot consists of a young prince on a mission to rebuild the moon, the stars, and the constellations after they were destroyed by his father, the King of All Cosmos. This is achieved by rolling an adhesive ball called a “Katamari” around and capturing as may objects as you can until it grows big enough to become a star. There are also animals that chase the ball and try to knock off objects as you try to collect them. This game works on a time limit and can be very challenging at times. Another big plus for this game is that you can have two players and it can be a great way to introduce your special someone to the PS3.
This game is available through Play-Asia

4. Heavenly Sword Developed by Ninja Theory:

Heavenly Sword is an action adventure game with the main character being a woman, Nariko, who uses a weapon called “Heavenly Sword.” In this game, the heroine has to protect the sword from falling into the wrong hands, like King Bohan, who it for himself. This game is full of action from start to finish. In some of the stages, you play as Kai, a sniper who uses her crossbow to pick off enemies. 1. Little Big Planet Developed by Media Molecule:

Last, but far from being least, is Little Big Planet. This seems to be at the very top of most females’ list of games they love. In this game, you are a Sackboy or Sackgirl, and you explore a dreamed up world and complete missions. The game starts off in your own space which you can decorate with stickers found in each level you play. There are many levels you can play and unlock with themes such as; Japanese garden or Mexican desert. During your gameplay, you can find different stickers, clothes for your Sackboy or Sackgirl, and collectible keys to unlock mini levels. One of the best features is being able to create your own levels and let the online community play them, and then they get to tag the level. This game is way too cute and so much fun to play and is a must have in your gaming collection because not only will your lady friend love this game, you will too. I’m a girl gamer and the only one I would consider is little big planet. I play Red dead redemption, grand theft auto, FIFA, James Bond and Hitman. I love games where you can explore and have a town to go around so I really don’t like the ones mentioned here.

  • Iv

Yeah, totally right, we love when the character is a female in bikini, this is what we truly desire – running half naked slashing people. Do the author of this article ever met a woman?

  • SomeIdleTuesday

This article reads as kinda sexist. “… and the controls are very easy to use,” “… a drama filled game,” etc.

im a girl and i’d like to say we like GtA V too idk what the heck those games are up there other than heavy rain but they look like they suck.

  • Donna

I can’t speak for all women, but I for one love games like Crash Bandicoot, Spyro, and adventure type game with lovely destinations and beautiful sceneries where you collect and use stuff in the story line, Little big Planet and Sims type stuff. There is literally STUFF ALL for women who wish to play beautiful games where to collect shiny stuff, lol. Friendship/romance wouldn’t go amiss either. ~^_^~

I just reread my post and thought I should perhaps be more specific -_-‘

Uncharted/Assasins Creed Type Sceneries + fun Monkey Island type plots + some Sims interaction level + collecting/using attractive/interesting objects + varying levels of skill and speed required at different times + access different and interesting abilities to use = WIN (for me anyway)

to be honest, the majority of girls like the same games as boys. Me and my younger sister have more games than the boys in my year at school, get them before them and complete them before them too. We play on things like GTA, we used to play it when we were younger too, Assassins Creed, Black Ops, Modern Warfare, Skyrim, Oblivion, Red Dead Redemption/Undead Nightmare, Destiny, Killzone, Farcry, Uncharted, pretty much the same games as lads so I don’t understand why it’s so hard for guys to find a good game for us to play on.
