Best PS3 Games without Trophies

Ever since Sony introduced the Trophy system for the PS3, most PS3 gamers were eager to receive a trophy patch of some sort for their favorite PS3 title. But some patches never existed, never came, and the game remains intact, and trophy-less. Now a day, all PS3 games are required to have trophies and a great way it is, to keep the gamer involved and hooked to the challenges the trophy system implements. But how many superb games were left out? There are more than a few titles that never received a trophy patch, but there are those few that we play, that are just as good with or without trophies. Check out the best PS3 trophy-less games that we don’t mind playing without hearing that trophy Chime.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Although the only non-exclusive PS3 game on this list, COD4:MW is one of the best games ever made for all platforms. Yes COD4 packs one of the best if not the best shooter to ever exist. COD4 not only has an incredible single player story mode, but the king of kings when it comes to the online multiplayer game. Although Modern Warfare 2 is just around the corner, and will come packed with trophies, COD4: Modern Warfare is still one of the best PSN experiences out.

Heavenly Sword
One of those games that make you proud you own a PS3. The game is not only beautiful, but so is its main character Nariko. Who wouldn’t want to play as Nariko, while protecting the Heavenly Sword? Please give me a trophy for striking the enemy, while keeping that hot outfit on.

Ratchet and Clank Future:Tools of Destruction
Exploring worlds, exploring the different levels, this beautiful looking platform-shooter has it all, but trophies.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
When oh when will Konami gives us trophies for MGS4? Obviously a perfect candidate for a PS3 trophy patch, but even if that much anticipated patch never arrives, it does not affect the greatness of this game.

Yes, there are plenty of PS3 games, still without trophies, but only a few are considered the best.
