TQcast y Univision

What up TQfam, I want to first off thank every single one of you that have stood by us since March of 07. We initially started as a cast called Techquila led by myself and long time friend,TQfam, and veteran of TQcast Filty Fernandez. These last 2 years have been an incredible journey, and I’m proud to be TQfam. In early 2008, a young Jr.Cuz by the name of JUiCE stepped in to the TQ stage as the new co-host of TQ. Many doubted JUiCE, many hated JUiCE, but many gave him a chance. JUiCE aka 2.0 has developed an incredible skill, and has surpassed every TQ expectation one had for this young 2.0, as he has proven to be a real blessing and addition to TQ.
With that said, I want you all to know that today at 9:35am TQcast signed a 25 episode deal with Univision. Univision is a Spanish-language television network in the United States and Puerto Rico. It has the largest Latin American audience in the world. (Just in case you were under a rock.) What does this mean for TQfam, it absolutely means, to stay tuned for some next level TQ shiss. As of today TQcast will now record the cast in only Spanish, but we will create a separate show in English later this year, for all of our non-Spanish peeps. Please bare with us for the first few months as we get situated in our new home at Univision.
Don’t forget that Platformnation has great cast in English for the meantime, but we will be back in full force this coming weekend, for the first time in Spanish. TQcast.com will remain live, as we will continue posting daily post, casts, and pictures like usual. TQGame Nights will remain. I have already appointed some TQfam to the hosting when we are out of town.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! And Good Luck… Now I see why Juice is evolving to 2.0… He gotta REALLY step his game up now. Desz I knew something good was coming for you, you always put a a quality show, and even back in the day with filty it was a good show. You guys have THE best show on platform nation. And you will be sorely missed. Im gonna check the new show, but for those who dont speak spanish this is gonna hurt. Im proud of you guys, hard work pays off. And you deserve this. I know this is just gonna light a fire under yall asses, and the show is gonna be even more amazing… GREAT JOB TQ!!!!!

I believe Desz said 250k each for the 25 shows on TQVIP. But knowing Desz, this is a Joke, he is known to pull these stunts. Remember XBOX PURE?? That was all him..
Whether this is a joke or not, Desz has me going. The video is well put together, and I think he is pulling our legs, but I wouldn't be surprise if it was true, tq rulez! By the way I love the last show, great topics, and awesome shots! RE5 is good.

Estoy seguro ke esto va llamar mucha gente latina ke vaya a comprar un PS3..Ya ke muchos de ellos no saven ke sinifica jugar..piensan ke videojuegos solo es pa ninos pero no.. se puede usar como un hobby es mas, mucho tienen un talento ke son muy buenos en juegos y lo pueden usar pa ganar dinero. Tambien no saven ke si hay una communida de jugadores latinos asi como clanes ke son MXG y RMX ke tiene jugadores de todo Mexico y se abla pudo espanol…I cant wait man… TQcast FTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. maybe i can help out with something???

Well if this was a April fool's joke, when will they let us know? I'm very skeptical just because I know what Desz is capable of. Which sort of means that this is 50/50. TQCast is always proper, but I hope they keep it English as well, I wouldn't be able to live! All I know is that I can't wait for the next show, whether its Spanish or English.

Hey I gotta say…. I was waiting to hear that this was a very elaborate April Fools joke… And I have mixed feelings about this, too. On the one hand, this is great for you guys and I'm absolutely thrilled for you both… but on the other hand, I'll be missing the podcasts. But this is really terrific and I wish you all the best. Don't forget your non-bilingual TQFam, guys!
